Booking a Group is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Gather your group of 10 or more to share the show

2. Choose your date, time and performance

3. Call 203.227.5137 ext. 120 or email groups@westportplayhouse.org

4. Your Groups Sales Concierge will work with you in choosing your seats and securing your reservation. (A group sales contract will follow to confirm your reservation details, deposit, payment, terms and conditions.)

5. Once you receive the contract, simply sign one copy and mail it back with your non-refundable 50% deposit.

6. Final payment is due two weeks before your performance date. (You have until this deadline to make changes to your group reservation. Once final payment is received there are no refunds.)

7. Looking for lunch, dinner, shopping or a behind the scenes tour? Be sure to ask about adding additional group amenities to your visit!
